The short version
I took my whole shop down and rebuilt it from scratch. Nothing forced me to. It just wasn't good enough, and I'm a perfectionist. So I redid every design, put every one on a heavyweight Comfort Colors garment-dyed tee, and rebuilt the system that makes it all.
